Orders and bookings

• Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST where it applies.
• An order or booking is confirmed only when payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation.
• Booked times are shown and held in Indian Standard Time.

• We may cancel an order or booking we cannot fulfil; you then get a full refund.

Sessions and consultations

Sessions offered through our brands are for general wellbeing and education. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and do not replace a qualified doctor. In an emergency, contact a doctor or hospital immediately.

Food products

Every pack lists its ingredients and allergens. Please check them before use, and follow the storage and cooking instructions on the pack.

Your account and conduct

Keep your sign-in details private. Do not misuse our websites, attempt to break their security, or record sessions without the permission of everyone in them.

Content

Text, images, recipes, videos and logos on our websites belong to us or our partners. You may use them for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Liability

We take care to provide our products and services well. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or session concerned.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Indian law. Courts in Mumbai have jurisdiction. Please write to us first at magic24x7happiness@gmail.com; most issues are solved quickly that way.
