Magic24x7 Happiness (OPC) Private Limited ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
What we collect
- Details you give us: name, email, mobile number, delivery address, and what you write in booking notes or messages. Booking notes may include information about your health or wellbeing; share only what you are comfortable with.
- Orders and bookings: what you bought or booked, when, and its status.
- Payments: handled by Razorpay. We receive the payment status and reference; we never see or store your full card, UPI or bank details.
- Live sessions: sessions run on Zoom. If a session is recorded, we tell you before it starts.
- Technical data: basic logs our servers keep for security, and your language choice, stored on your own device.
Why we use it
- To deliver orders and run bookings and sessions you asked for.
- To send confirmations, calendar invites, reminders and receipts.
- To answer questions and handle refunds or complaints.
- To keep our services secure and meet legal and tax duties.
We do not sell your personal data. We send marketing only if you agree, and you can stop it at any time.
Who we share it with
Only with the services that help us do the above, and only what they need: Razorpay (payments), Zoom (live sessions), Google (email, calendar and translation), Hostinger (hosting in India and abroad), and delivery partners for physical orders. We also share data when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Order, booking and payment records are kept for eight years because tax law requires it. Session recordings are kept for 90 days unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Other data is deleted when it is no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or name someone to act for you. Write to magic24x7happiness@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days.
Children
Our services are for adults. A parent or guardian must book for anyone under 18.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember your language. We do not use advertising cookies.

Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top and, for important changes, tell you by email.
