Refund and cancellation policy

Sessions and consultations

• You cancel 24 hours or more before the start: full refund.
• You cancel less than 24 hours before: no refund, but you can move the session once to another open time within 30 days.
• You do not attend: no refund.

• We cancel or cannot hold the session (including a Zoom failure on our side): full refund, or a new time if you prefer.

To cancel or move a session, email magic24x7happiness@gmail.com with your booking reference.

Food and other products

• Food products cannot be returned once opened, for safety reasons.
• If a pack arrives damaged, leaking, wrong or past its best-before date, email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We replace it or refund it in full.
• You can cancel an order for a full refund until it is dispatched.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the payment method you used, through Razorpay. We start the refund within 2 working days of approving it; your bank usually shows it within 5 to 7 working days.
